Consent to processing of personal data

Hereby I, hereinafter - “Personal Data Subject”, in fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (as amended and supplemented) freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Individual Entrepreneur Svaitser E.K. (hereinafter - “Entrepreneur”, address: http://nurunulabel. com/) to the processing of my personal data indicated during registration by filling in the web form on the Entrepreneur's website http://nurunulabel.com/ and its subdomains (hereinafter - the Site), sent (filled in) using the Site, including the use of metric systems and other analytics systems (in particular, Yandex.Metrica or similar).
By personal data I mean any information relating to me as a Personal Data Subject, including my surname, first name, contact details (telephone, e-mail), geolocation (if any), and other information.
By processing of personal data I mean collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, distribution, transfer, including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, indefinite storage), and any other actions (operations) with personal data, including the use of cookie data created by standard software tools when visiting the site.
Processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject is carried out solely for the purpose of registration of the Personal Data Subject in the Entrepreneur's database with the subsequent sending to the Personal Data Subject of mail messages and sms-notifications, including advertising content, from the Entrepreneur, its affiliates and/or subcontractors, information and newsletters, invitations to the Entrepreneur's events and other information of advertising and news content, as well as for the purpose of confirming the identity of the Personal Data Subject.
The date of issuance of consent to the processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject is the date of sending the registration web form from the Entrepreneur's Website.
Processing of the Personal Data Subject's personal data may be carried out by means of automation and/or without means of automation in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Entrepreneur's internal regulations.
The Entrepreneur takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, as well as assumes the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of personal data of the Personal Data Subject. The Entrepreneur has the right to engage subcontractors for processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject, as well as the right to transfer personal data for processing to its affiliated persons, while ensuring that such subcontractors and affiliated persons accept appropriate obligations regarding confidentiality of personal data.
I am familiarized(a) that:
1. the present consent to the processing of my personal data indicated during registration on the Company's Website, sent (filled in) using the Website, is valid for 20 (twenty) years from the moment of registration on the Entrepreneur's Website;
2. the consent may be withdrawn by me on the basis of a written application in any form sent to the Entrepreneur's e-mail;
3. Providing personal data of third parties without their consent shall entail liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
4. I am familiarized with the electronic version of the Regulation on the protection of personal data of the Entrepreneur, which is generally available on the Internet.
